Public Liability Claims

Things to consider:

• Get photos of where and how the injury occurred as soon as possible, if relevant
• Get names and contact details of all potential witnesses
• There are time limits for notifying the person or company at fault
• Was an accident report completed and if so, when, and by whom?
• Was there any CCTV footage likely taken of the accident?
• Have you seen a doctor about your injuries?
