Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia and was admitted to practice in 2026.
Prior to joining Blumers Lawyers, he served as an Associate at the Supreme Court of Western Australia, where he gained first-hand exposure to complex litigation, appellate procedure, and judicial decision-making. That experience refined his appreciation for procedural discipline, evidentiary structure, and meticulous legal reasoning.
Joseph assists in matters involving surgical negligence, delayed diagnosis, hospital liability and complex injury claims. He works closely with counsel and medical experts, analysing extensive clinical records and expert opinion to ensure matters are strategically prepared and thoroughly advanced.
During his studies, Joseph co-founded the Student Legal Advice Centre (SLAC), an initiative established to improve access to legal assistance for vulnerable members of the community. His involvement reflects a long-standing commitment to practical legal service and institutional development within the profession.
